**RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY**
**Terms of Exchange:**
1. You must initiate an exchange within 5 days of receiving the product.
2. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Danny and Jones reserves the right to accept or reject any return.
3. We accept exchanges for the following reasons:
– Size issue.
– Manufacturing defect.
– Damage during shipping.
4. To ensure the condition of your shoes, please try them on with care on a carpeted floor. Exchanges will be rejected if the soles of the shoe show signs of use.
5. Exchanges showing any signs of wear or damage, including creased uppers and scuffed leather soles, may not be accepted.
**How to Exchange Your Product:**
1. To complete your exchange, you must provide proof of purchase. Please email us your proof of purchase, photos of the shoes (including the soles), and the reason for exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. We will respond to your email with our initial approval or rejection of your exchange request within 48 hours.
3. If your initial request is approved, we will request that you send the product back to us with a tracking number. Please note that the shipping costs for returning your product will be borne by you.
4. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email of its receipt.
5. We will also notify you of the final approval or rejection of your exchange based on the condition of the shoe compared to the initial photos. If approved, the shipping of your replacement product will be initiated. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
At Danny and Jones, we do not offer refunds. Once an order is in process, we will not be able to accept cancellations.
