Return & Exchange Policy

At Danny & Jones, we are committed to offering exceptional quality and craftsmanship in every pair of shoes. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making your purchase.

Readymade Shoes:
We accept returns and exchanges on readymade footwear under the following conditions:

Returns:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Shoes must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Returns with visible wear or damage will not be accepted.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the product passes quality inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please contact our customer care team to initiate the process.
  • Only one free exchange is permitted per order. Additional exchanges may incur shipping charges.

Made-to-Order (MTO) Shoes:
Our made-to-order shoes are individually crafted based on your specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on MTO items except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

  • Cancellations: MTO orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations are not possible as production begins promptly.
  • Defects: If your MTO shoes arrive with a manufacturing defect or do not match your confirmed specifications, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a return and offer either a repair, remake, or store credit, depending on the issue.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@dannyandjonesleather.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.
  3. Pack the shoes securely in the original packaging and ship them back within 5 business days of approval.

Additional Notes:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes which are non-refundable.
